關(guān)于禁止強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)的聲明

Statement for Prohibition of Forced Labor

江西銅業(yè)鉛鋅金屬有限公司嚴(yán)格遵守國家各項(xiàng)法律法規(guī)，嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行以《民法典》為核心的法律體系來保障本企業(yè)員工的合法權(quán)益，反對(duì)任何形式的強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)。按照 LBMA白銀礦產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈的管理要求，應(yīng)禁止采購有強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)行為在內(nèi)的所有礦產(chǎn)，確保供應(yīng)鏈符合OECD 指南的要求。

In addition to complying with various national laws and regulations, Jiangxi Copper Lead and Zinc Metal Co., Ltd strictly implements a legal system centered on the Civil Code to protect the legitimate rights and interests of our employees as well as opposes any form of forced labor. According to the management requirements of the LBMA mineral supply chain of silver, the procurement of all minerals, including forced labor practices, should be prohibited to ensure that the supply chain meets the requirements of OECD guidance.

公司向供應(yīng)商也宣貫這一要求，讓其在所提供的承諾書中保證無強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)的情況，并通過對(duì)供應(yīng)商所在地的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)走訪、對(duì)供應(yīng)商員工進(jìn)行調(diào)查訪談等方式對(duì)強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)行為進(jìn)行核實(shí)。最終，以客戶承諾和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研問卷為依據(jù)，綜合判定供應(yīng)商無強(qiáng)迫用工的行為。

At the same time, all companies in the silver supply chain have been informed of this requirement, so that they can ensure that there is no forced labor in the letter of undertaking they provided.In addition, the forced labor behavior is verified by visiting the supplier's location and conducting investigation and interview with the supplier's employees. Finally, based on customer commitment and on-site survey questionnaires, the silver supplier is comprehensively determined to have no forced labor behavior.

基于上述情況，公司可以負(fù)責(zé)任地聲明我司以及所有白銀供應(yīng)鏈上的公司均無強(qiáng)迫勞動(dòng)的情況。

 Here, we can declare responsibly that neither our company nor any of the companies in the silver supply chain have forced labor.
